since Receveirs returns users, EventTest makes no sense cuz it targets
individual subscriptions, not users
decrease readinessProbe frequency
it shows "Notella v{{current_version}}" in the log right now...
it conflicts with churros' namespace when merging both under the same
namespace on fluxcd repo
fix(deps): update prisma monorepo to v6.3.0
